Damien Elite is the top tier of the Damien Range. It`s located just below the Hellraiser and Blackjack ranges, being considered by some experts as the intermediate class extension of the Hellraiser range (carved top bodies of the C family and EMG pickups). For 2014, Damien Elite is being completely refreshed, renewed and revamped. One of the models introduced into the lineup is the Damien Elite 7. It comes with a solid and double-cut body, bolted neck with C contour in the back, Schecter`s standard seven-string scale (26-1/2") and active electronics. Both the hardtail bridge and locking tuners are made by Schecter. Body is solid, double-cut (C-7) and made of mahogany with an elegant two-piece flamed maple cap on top. Hardtail bridge is, along with the rest of the hardware, plated in black. It has seven adjustable saddles and strings run through the body beneath it. EMG 81-7 and 85-7 are fit with the standard controls unit (master volume, master tone and a three-way toggle pickup switch). Maple neck is made of three pieces of wood and is bolted to the body. On it`s top, there`s the standard 24-fret rosewood bridge.
