These Special Edition models often feature some extra decorations, different tonewood selection or different pickups. Corsair Special Edition comes with a special body made of maple in it`s entirety. It`s semi-hollow, double-cut and has a set in neck joint. In combination with fat single-coil pickups and mahogany neck, it gives a unique voice to this vintage-styled rocker. Jazz, Blues and rock are it`s natural environment, though it works well in more extreme genres, as well. Tune-o-matic bridge is backed up by a Bigsby trem bar. Bridge section, like the rest of the hardware, is plated in gold. Set-in mahogany neck is topped with a 22-fret ebony fingerboard.
