C body is the most popular one in Schecter`s catalog. It is a base for a vast majority of models from Hellraiser, ATX, Damien, Omen and other series. There are currently three variants of the C body in the catalog. C-1 six-stringers, C-7 seven-stringers and c-8 eight-stringers. All feature double-cut bodies with carved tops. C-1 Standard comes with a regular double-cut body made of mahogany back and maple top. Top can be made of either plain, or flamed maple, depending on the color option. C-1 Standard has alone tune-o-matic bridge with no tailpiece. Powerful active humbuckers have two volumes, one tone and a three-way toggle pickup switch. Set in maple neck is topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
