C-8 is an eight-string version of the classic C-1 guitar. As the eight-strings gained popularity around the world, the number of C-8 models grew throughout the Schecter catalog. Today, C-8 models are a quite common feature among the standard Schecter series. Blackjack C-8 LH was introduced in 2014. It has a black mahogany body (double cutaway, ultra access, carved top, black/red binding, gloss finish), mahogany neck (C profile, set in joint) and ebony fingerboard (24 extra jumbo frets, side dot markers and 2.125" TUSQ nut). Pickups installed on this one follow the Blackjack A/C conventions (Seymour Duncan Nazgul in the bridge and Sentient in the neck position). String-through hardtail bridge and Schecter`s own locking tuners are featured in the hardware section.
