C models are the most popular and most frequent of all Schecter models. They are solid, double-cut guitars with a modern Soloist design and unique Schecter styling. C models come in C-1 (six strings), C-7 and C-8 versions and almost every variant comes with a carved top (Hellraiser, Blackjack, upscale Demian models, as well) and they comprise a majority of the novelties for 2014. Blackjack C-1 is one of them. It kicks off with a solid and double-cut mahogany body, which is paired with a set in mahogany neck with contoured heel and ultra access. All-mahogany body features a carved top and red binding around it. C-1 is available only in glossy black color with black hardware. Seymour Duncan`s passive Nazgul (bridge) and Sentient (neck) pickups comprise the pickups combo for this model. Two volume knobs and one tone knob (with push/pull switch) are featured in the controls. Also, there is a three-position blade switch. Mahogany neck is fit with a thin C contour in the back and a 24-fret ebony fingerboard on the top. Schecter`s locking tuners are installed in the classic three-a-side pattern on the headstock.
