Recently, the eight-string models have become a standard part of the Schecter catalog with Hellraiser, Banshee, Damien and many other series receiving their own baritone-scaled models. In 2014, Blackjack line was infused with the first ever Blackjack Avenger models and among them was also an eight-string. Blackjack A-8 LH comes with a solid and beveled mahogany body, set mahogany neck (ultra access cutaway and thin C profile) and a 24-fret ebony fingerboard. Only Gloss Black color scheme with black hardware is available for the new Avengers. Seymour Duncan`s Nazgul (bridge) and Sentient (neck) pickups fuel this long-scaled (28" scale) monster with fire and rage far above anything offered by contemporary passive pickups. They come with a simple controls unit (vol/tone/3-way switch). String-through hardtail bridge and locking Schecter tuners wrap things up in the hardware section.
