Banshee Elite 7 is one of ten models introduced with the initial Banshee elite lineup at 2015 NAMM. This marvelous seven-string boasts hand-wound pickups, extended scale and neck-through-body construction. Along with them, it also features the genuine Schecter build quality and tone. Solid and double-cut body of this model is made of swamp ash wings and maple/walnut neck center. Over them, Schecter installs a two-piece flamed maple cap. Slightly carved top is bound in the multi-ply maple/black binding which goes hand in hand with the Gloss Natural color scheme (this color scheme is the standard for the entire Banshee Elite series). Standard Hipshot bridge has seven adjustable saddles and string-through-body construction. Hand-wound SuperCharger humbuckers with extra large pole pieces are featured in both the bridge and neck positions. These Custom Shop bad boys come with a three-piece controls unit (master volume, master tone and a five-position blade switch/coil splitter). Maple and walnut neck is fit with the ultra thin C profile in the back and a 24-fret bound ebony fingerboard on the top. Schecter`s locking tuners, 27" baritone scale and compound 12"-16" radius are also featured on this outstanding seven-stringer.
