Firefox is a model from Peerless` Semi Artist series of semi-hollow bodied electric guitars. These models reach far beyond the boundaries of jazz to which the rest of electric guitars from Peerless are dedicated. This model comes with a double cutaway body made of laminated flame maple back, sides and top. The top is carved and bound in elegant binding. In the bridge section, tune-o-matic bridge is paired with a stoptail bar. Pickups on this model are Gretsch Filtertron-styled humbuckers. They are controlled through a standard setup of separate volume and tone knobs and a three-way toggle switch. The addition is a rotary baritone switch. Neck is made of mahogany and topped with a rosewood fingerboard. 22 frets, split block inlays and 1.69" wide bone nut complete the specs.
