Brand new Nick Catanese signature SE model arrives just in time for 2012 and the NAMM Show. This is the latest update on signature models for Black Label Society`s guitar veteran. SE Nick Catanese signature is one of 2012 additions to the signature series in PRS catalog. This guitar comes with a solid, single cutaway body styled after the Les Paul, and is made of mahogany back with flamed maple top. It is available only in red color with gloss finish. The top is carved and features red binding. This model features only a stoptail bar, without a tune-o-matic bridge. This type of the bridge is less widespread than the full combo, but still effective enough to keep the guitar in pitch-perfect tuning. This bridge is plated in nickel. The pickups are two active EMG humbuckers, 81 in the bridge and 85 in the neck position. They are controlled through master volume, master tone and a three-way toggle switch. The neck is made of maple and has a wide fat contour with a set-in joint. the fingerboard is made of ebony and sports 22 frets with no position inlays. 25" scale, nickel plated hardware and PRS tuners wrap the spec for the new SE Nick Catanese signature model.
