JA 15 is one of the models from the Hollowbody series made by PRS Guitars. This series offers a line of upscale models with exclusive features and supremely elegant decorations. Also, the construction and tone qualities are on top PRS level. JA 15 comes as a single-cut guitar made of mahogany and maple back and sides with spruce sound board. Top is bound and equipped with a pair of "f" holes. Entire body and the back of the neck are finished in high gloss. Two-piece bridge section is made up of tune-o-matic bridge and a stoptail bar. In it`s front, PRS installs a pair of active humbucking pickups. neck is set in and made of mahogany. It is topped with a 22-fret ebony fingerboard.
