Double-cut is the most standard body shape in PRS catalog and it appears throughout the catalog in various series and numerous variants. Some of the finest incarnations of this PRS legend can be found in Solid Body series. 24-fret variant with quilted maple top gets the spotlight in this article. It is a solid, double-cut guitar with a classic mahogany base and carved maple top. This is one of the most common combos, along with mahogany/flame maple. Custom badge brings the premium pieces of wood and the best hardware PRS has to offer. Tremolo bridge on this model is plated in nickel and fronted by a pair of open-coil humbuckers.
