30th Anniversary Custom 24 is a part of the celebratory 30th Anniversary series. With this special and super luxurious four-model line, PRS looks forward to 2015, the year in which the brand marks thirty years in business. Since the very beginning, Custom 24 model was present in the catalog and has remained it`s leader for three full decades. This 30th Anniversary model combines the classic Custom 24 features with brand new pickups designed personally by Paul Reed Smith. Solid and double-cut body has all of the traditional materials, measures and decorations. It`s made of finest mahogany back and a luxurious figured maple top (both flamed and quilt options are available). Top features the traitional curve and a standard set of hardware. 85/15 Bass and Treble pickups are featured in the neck and bridge positions, respectively, while the basic controls (master volume, master tone and a five-position blade switch) unit is used to harness their immense power. Mahogany neck is set in and has a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on it`s top. Headstock is fit with a set of six locking tuning machines which, in combination with the supreme PRS tremolo bridge, keep the strings in perfect check.
