Antares has developed auto-tune system for electric guitars, which means no more badly tuned sound on gigs, in studios and at home. At a push of a button, strings tune themselves. Very neat and handy thing, which also gives possibilities of alternative and open tunings, virtual capo, and virtual guitar and pickup modeling controls. Virtual capo allows the player to change octaves up and down, while virtual guitar and pickup modeling gives possibilities of selecting a guitar and pickup combo from database through midi controller. Autotune system is applied on several models from some of major brands in the industry. This Autotune Maxxfly has a double cutaway solid body made of alder. This carved top model currently comes in white color with gloss finish. The bridge is Parker`s own tremolo bridge with black plating. In the pickups area, two Seymour Duncan humbuckers are placed. These pickups are mounted in easy-to-change way, so that the player can quickly change them, if he or she desires so. Volume, tone and Autotune controls comprise the controls section. The neck is made of basswood and sports a 22 fret fingerboard with no position inlays. Sperzel tuners and black hardware complete the list of specs.
