DKMG `08 w/EMG is an intermediate Dinky guitar made by Jackson. It is situated within the MG class and is equipped with a pair of EMG pickups. 81 is in the bridge and 85 in the neck. These two comprise the most popular and most sought after combination of active pickups among metal players. On DKMG `08 w/EMG, these pickups are equipped with master volume, master tone and a three-position blade switch. Body of this Dinky is solid, double-cut and made of alder. It is carved on the top, but there`s no top wood cover. Floyd Rose tremolo is featured in the bridge section. Neck on this model s bolted to the body and made of maple. It is topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.

Own this module with the EMG-HZ pickups, which has a builtin gain booster. Very nice guitar and the sound/quality is great.

Got this guitar for £290, unbelievable price. EMG 81/85 loaded with the official hard case. So good. Especially with a £800-900 original rrp. Sounds and looks great and surprisingly good clean.
