I have this guitar in the blackberry sunburst, the finish is excellent. The neck and fingerboard feel and play as good as any other Ibanez I have picked up. Pickups sound good with very little to no single coil noise, especially the true duo humbucker when split via pull pot, has true single coil sound. It stays in tune very well, even when using the tremelo alot. If you want to do dive bombs all night, then purchase a guitar with a locking tremelo. The one I have came set up for .09 1st string, ie light guage strings. I changed to a .11 1st string, ie heavier string guage for playing blues. Was able to readjust intonation perfectly. Overall, I would rate this guitar as excellant in playability and build. This guitar is now my main guitar, replacing the 25 year old Roadstar II, I have been playing forever. For the price you cannot go wrong.
