S6527SKFX is the only seven-stringed S series model introduced at 2017 NAMM. It belongs to the Prestige line (made in Japan) and comes in beautiful Sunset Sunburst (against natural back and Cosmo Black hardware). S6527SKFX kicks off with a solid, double-cut body made of mahogany back and silky oak top (2017 is the first year silky oak top appears on S and RG models). The neck is made of five pieces of maple and wenge and features smooth Wizard 7 profile in the back. It`s attached to the body through a modern four-bolt recessed joint. 24-fret marbled rosewood fingerboard (with Prestige jumbo frets, 1.89" nut and 16" radius) tops the neck. Major hardware and electronics features include seven-saddled Gibraltar bridge, DiMarzio PAF 7 pickups and Gotoh tuners.
