RG450M is another RG model labeled with number 450. This one comes with a maple fingerboard, instead of a rosewood one, which sport it`s sibling models. Frets are jumbo-sized and marked with black dots. This gives a rather vintage shred look and combined with Ibanez Wizard contour in the back of a three-piece maple neck, guarantees ultimate speed and ease of play. Radius of the fingerboard is 15.75" and width at nut measures 1.69", which falls under Ibanez standards for RG series. Bolted maple neck is paired with a solid, double-cut body made of basswood. This is a frequent combo in RG lines and is very popular among players. Body is flat on top and contoured in the back. Also, the cutaway is very deep, which makes the access to the upper frets very easy and comfortable. This model is available in Jet Stream Green and Metallic Gray with gloss finish. Pickups are made by Ibanez and belong to the Infinity line. They`re passive and installed in H/S/H pattern. Master volume, master tone and a five-position blade switch comprise the controls unit.
