What we have here is a typical representative of the RG Standard series, a flat-top, double-cut guitar loaded with three pickups, 24-fret fingerboard and high quality Ibanez hardware. 25-1/2" scale and the big RG pickguard are also there. The body of RG450EX is made of mahogany and is available exclusively in Metallic Silver Sunburst (one of the coolest color schemes ever seen on RG guitar). Maple neck with Wizard III profile and modern four-bolt joint is the standard fixture in RG Standard series and 450EX is no exception. The neck is topped with a rosewood fingerboard with jumbo frets, dot inlays and 1.69" nut. Set of three Quantum pickups (passive, HSH arrangement) provides the classic RG experience. The list of major specs is rounded off with the standard Edge tremolo bridge and die-cast tuners.
