Paul Stanley of KISS is one of the biggest names in rock`n`roll and one of its finest frontmen. What`s also true and often overlooked, Mr. Stanley is one of rock`n`roll`s premier rhythm guitarists, handling both electric and acoustic duties with equal proficiency. Over the years, several brands have published Paul Stanley signature models, but in 2015 Mr. Stanley has come back to Ibanez camp. 2016 NAMM brings us PS120SP, a brand new Paul Stanley signature model. It is based on the iconic Iceman (the first original design Ibanez has ever introduced) concept. PS120SP is a ballsy six-stringer with in-your-face attitude and glamorous looks. It not only looks good, it sounds good too. Solid mahogany/maple body is covered with Silver Sparkle paint job and paired with a three-piece mahogany neck. Set-in neck rocks a custom back profile and a 22-fret ebony fingerboard on top. Seymour Duncan`s Custom 5 in the bridge and `59 in the neck position are strong enough to summon the God of Thunder himself and can also be tender enough to warm the coldest heart out there. Two volume knobs, master tone and a three-way toggle switch comprise the controls. Full tune bridge and die-cast tuners complete this outrageous Iceman.
