Pat Metheny series of signature guitars is running for over 15 years in Ibanez catalog. It is constantly one of the most popular hollow-bodied series by this manufacturer. All guitars from this series are fully hollow, made with double cutaways, set necks and slimmer bodies for reduced feedback. PM100 is a double-cut archtop with a body made of maple. Top panel is bound in creme binding and carved with a pair of "f" holes. Black is the only color option available for this model. It`s finished in gloss. Fixed bridge is paired with a trapezoid tailpiece. Hardware on this model, including the bridge section, is plated in gold. There`s only one active humbucker in the neck position. Set maple neck is equipped with a 22-fret ebony fingerboard.
