Noodles is the lead guitarist of the legendary punks, who go by the name of The Offspring. For over 20 years of super successful career Noodles has kept a fairly low key appearance, concentrating lot more on work, than on being on covers. Nevertheless, the hard work paid of some time ago when Ibanez approached him for a signature model. This year`s NAMM show saw the third model made for Noodles. Again, it is a solid-bodied single-cut guitar made of basswood. Simple, straightforward and deadly true to Offspring tone and style. Bridge section features a tight-end bridge with string-through construction and chrome plating. Pickups in it`s front are single coils. Fat, P-90-like pickups have master volume, master tone and a three-position blade switch in controls unit. Maple neck on this model is bolted to the body and topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
