AZ range is a brand new series of solid-bodied electric guitars; it belongs to the Ibanez Electric Guitars range. The lineup for 2018 NAMM consists of three Prestige class models (all made in Japan) and three Premium class models. AZ2402 Prestige comes in two color options - Tri Fade Burst Flat and Ice Blue Metallic. Both are finished in satin and equipped with chrome hardware and black plastics. Under the hood, 2402 Prestige rocks a solid, double-cut alder body (flat top, no binding, no pickguard), a maple neck (roasted maple, one-piece construction, modern recessed bolt-on joint, AZ profile), a roasted maple fingerboard (24 jumbo frets, black dot inlays, 12" radius, 25.5" scale, 1.65" nut), a synchronized tremolo bridge (made by Gotoh), Seymour Duncan Hyperion pickups, and Gotoh tuners.
