Dark Brown Sunburst
AG95 is one of the most beautiful hollow-bodies made by Ibanez and it belongs to the highly acclaimed AG series. This line offers both the semi and fully hollow-bodied guitars with vintage styling. Set neck construction, 22-fret fingerboards and active electronics are standard features for this series. AG95 has a single cut body made of bubinga in it`s entirety. Gorgeous arched bubinga top is bound, carved with "f" holes and covered with a quilt pickguard to match the body. Tune-o-matic bridge is plated in gold and followed by a trapezoid tailpiece. AG95 features a pair of trusty versatile humbuckers with separate volume and tone knobs. Pickup switch is a three way toggle. Three-piece maple/mahogany neck is set and topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.

I purchased this guitar to replace a guitar I sold when the kids needed shoes (Gibson Byrdland). While the Gibson is currently priced many times over the Ibanez, I wasn't disappointed with the playability, looks, sound, feel or value and neither will you. This is one incredible guitar at this price point! My only complaint with this sharp looking guitar, is just that. It's sharp. There is a little sharp point on the fancy trapeze piece that when I'm really workin, it catches me on the tender inner forearm occasionally and I long for that smooth, golden wire trapeze piece from the Byrdland. This guitar is an impressive value and quality. The Bubinga wood and carved top sounds as good as it looks! It truly is a versatile, high quality, and drop-dead gorgeous piece of work. I never put it in the case. It hangs on my living rooom wall like the work of art (Artcore) that Ibanez created.
