Shorty CT is one of the most unusual and peculiar six-stringers that`s ever been made under the Hofner name. It comes with a super small double-cut body made of maple. It is a solid guitar with a reduced body, which might be justified with weight cut and making things easier for players who spend a lot of time playing in a stand up position. Behind it`s unusual looks, this six-stringer delivers a strong punch from it`s bridge humbucker. It is a lone open-coil humbucker with volume and tone knobs installed right next to it. Bridge behind the pickup is a one-piece wrap around bar. It is plated in chrome. Neck is made of maple and it is bolted to the body. 24-fret fingerboard made of rosewood is installed on it`s top.
