Standard Quilt is a model from the XT Standard series and it is an intermediate guitar. This single-cut Explorer-like axe comes with a solid, single-cut body made of alder back and quilted maple top. The body of this six-string axe is available in Dark Cherry Burst and several other carefully chosen color schemes. All of them come with high gloss finish and chrome-plated hardware. Neck of this Standard model is made of maple, which forms the age-old Alder-maple combo, known mostly from Fender catalog. Hamer`s XT Standard series is among the very few Explorer-like series with alder/maple tonewood combo. EMG`s H4 humbuckers are installed on the top. Maple neck on this model is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
