Jet is Gretsch`s variant of the classic solid body/single-cut guitar. It debuted back in `53 and has been among the main components of Gretsch catalog ever since. In 2017, Jets come in both single and double-cut variants, populating all important ranges and series. G6129T-59 Vintage Select ’59 Silver Jet™ with Bigsby®, TV Jones®, Silver Sparkle is one of sophisticated Vintage Select models introduced for 2017. It starts at $3,449.00, a regular entry point for the distinguished branch of the Professional collection. Core features include chambered mahogany body, laminated maple top (sparkle finish, aged binding), mahogany neck (V contour) and 22-fret ebony fingerboard (medium jumbo frets, 1.6875" bone nut, 24.6" scale). Other notable features include TV Jones Classic humbuckers, Space Control/Bigsby bridge unit and Grover tuners.
