G6122-12 Chet Atkins Country Gentleman® 12-String is the crown piece of the 2015 updates lineup. It is a fully hollow twelve-stringer with double-cut Country Gentleman design and classic Gretsch construction. Amber Stain is the only color option available for this model, and it`s beauty is augmented with the gold-plated hardware (this includes the bridge, the tailpiece, pickups covers, control knobs, the pickguard and tuning machines). Classic Gretsch construction on this model includes back, sides and the top made of laminated maple, as well as parallel tone bars bracing pattern under the hood. Bridge section on this exclusive model is also a vintage one - it features an anchored Adjust-o-Matic bridge and a Gretsch® G-Cutout tailpiece. Pickups in the front are High Sensitive Filter`Tron humbuckers, and they come with an elaborate set of knobs and switches. Master volume knob, two secondary volume knobs (one for the bridge pickup and the other for the neck), tone switch (three-position switch) and a three-way toggle pickup switch comprise it. Maple neck is set in and is covered with a 22-fret fingerboard made of ebony. "Zero Fret" nut is the most prominent feature on the fingerboard. Set of twelve Grover Rotomatic tuners wraps the impressive specs and features list for this exclusive twelve-stringer.
