G5622T-CB Electromatic is one of six center block models Gretsch introduces in celebration of the 130th anniversary. It is an upper intermediate class six-stringer with a semi-hollow body with double-cut design and regular Gretsch construction. arched back, arched top and the sides are all made of five-ply maple, while the center block is made of spruce. This combination grants exceptional sustain, fantastic tone projection, permits higher gain due to dramatically decreased feedback and retains the classic Gretsch tone. Anchored Adjust-o-matic bridge, licensed Bigsby vibrato bar and the trapezoid tailpiece with Gretsch logo on it comprise the bridge unit on the G5622T-CB. Three-piece pickups combo is made up of Dual-Coil HiLo`Tron humbuckers with a standard set of knobs and switches for the hallmark Gretsch versatility. Maple neck is a standard feature of the Electromatic range and is also featured on this amazing six-stringer. Series standard contour in the back and a 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood on the top with 12" radius and thumbnail inlays complete the neck section specs. The MSRP for this Electromatic series beauty is set at $1,249.
