Redline 2 is one of several models from the highly acclaimed Redline series made by Godin Guitars. This series offers a modern concept of a solid, double-cut guitar with EMG pickups, 24-fret fingerboard and 25-1/2" scale. Redline 2 is a solid, double-cut guitar with a series standard body made of poplar wings and silver leaf maple center. Some of the color options also feature the elegant flamed maple top. Black hardware and gloss finish are featured with all color schemes. Bridge is a hardtail with string-through-body construction. EMG pickups are active, potent and installed in H/H pattern. Bridge position is reserved for the iconic 81, while the bridge position is occupied by the 85 humbucker. Maple neck is topped with a 24-fret fingerboard. Both rosewood and maple variants are available.
