Freeway is a Strat-like double-cut concept in Godin catalog and it comes in many variants and options. This one is made for all the metalheads who prefer the low-profile looks and top notch quality of tone and outstanding playability, instead of flashy looks and maybe good tone and playability. Graphite Black with gloss finish and black hardware is the main outfit for this metal axe. Six-stringed Freeway EMG has a standard hardtail bridge with six saddles and string-through-body construction. In it`s front, there are two of the most popular EMG pickups, 81 in the bridge and 85 in the neck position. Master volume, master tone and a three-position blade switch comprise the controls unit. Poplar and maple body is paired with a bolted rock maple neck. Neck is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
