ASAT Special Deluxe is the flagship model of the USA ASAT Special line. It comes with a solid, single-cut Telecaster body made of mahogany back and flamed maple top. Natural Gloss is the name of the elegant color scheme on this luxurious six-stringer. It features a standard hardtail bridge on the top, as well as a pair of single-cut pickups. Strings run through the body under the bridge and pickups are G&L`s own Magnetic Field Design singles. They have fatter tone and higher output than regular Telecaster pickups made by Fender. Bridge section on this one is equipped with a standard G&L hardtail bridge. Neck is made of maple and it features a standard contour in the back. It is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
