This is why Gibson still maintains an entire series of signature models dedicated to him. One of the many models bearing John`s name is Gibson USA`s Limited Edition John Lennon Les Paul Junior. This one comes with a simple, single-cut body made of mahogany. Faded Cherry with satin finish is the only color scheme for this model. This worn color scheme is paired with chrome hardware. Tune-o-matic bridge on this model is paired with a stoptail bar in the back. Gibson P-90 is in the bridge and Charlie Christian pickup in the neck. Set mahogany neck is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.

This beautiful guitar is one of my favorite guitars. She plays like a dream and has never failed me on stage. Her neck is a little thick but not overly chunky and fits my hand like a glove. Not only does she always stay in tune with my EB slinky 010s, the Charlie Christian pickup gives the warmest tone I have ever heard. This guitar is great for rock, blues, jazz or anything else you throw at her. She is a true keeper and would be a fantastic addition to any player. John Lennon and Gibson really hit one out the park with this beauty!
