Les Paul Series Electric Guitar by 'Gibson'
Chad Kroeger and his band Nickelback are among the elite rock bands of today, masterfully combining heavy rock and softer ballads. Chad is renowned for both his fingerboard prowess and singing skills. Also, he is one of the most famous Les Paul players around. His signature model made by Gibson USA is one sweet rock `n` roller with solid, single-cut body and set in neck. This one comes with a classic combo of tonewoods, mahogany in the back and flame maple on top. Creme binding and glossy finish decorate the body. Tune-o-matic bridge on this model is paired with a stoptail bar. 498T humbucker is in the bridge and 490R in the neck position. Set in mahogany neck is topped with a 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.

The Blackwater LP is a great guitar with a lot of sound variations due to the Piezo pickup. I have had no issues with mine and the finish is beautiful. Since it is a stereo guitar, I would have been nice if Gibson would have included a Stereo cable in the package.
I have one of these bought it two days ago and love everything about it but the fact I find it quite hard to play. PMT say thats the Gibson experience you have to play it, I suppose that meens hard. Its my first Les Paul so I said ok leave it with me.
I also have a PRS se which is quite the opposite, a dream to play.
I hope I can get used to it. Any one dissagree or have some set up tips I would be glad to hear also any one thinking of buying one I may be able to help you ! Another nice thing about this is it has rosewood fingerbord (not baked maple) and there is only 200 worldwide so there is very few around. Thankyou in advance , Mark.
