In between the affordable LP Studio and the majestic Standard, 2015 lineup will feature three models and 2015 Les Paul Deluxe is the middle one. It comes with a low density mahogany body with modern weight relief chamber and C grade maple top. Top is bound in creme and has the classic curve. Pelham Blue Metallic, Wine Red, Goldtop and Heritage Cherry Sunburst color schemes are available for this magnificent LP. All are finished in gloss and all have the nickel-plated hardware. An elevated plastic pickguard is also featured on this model. Two-piece bridge (tune-o-matic bridge/stoptail bar) are fronted by a pair of minibuckers with a variant controls unit. The only difference is that the mini-switch replaces one of the tone knobs. Set in mahogany neck is fit with the modern asymmetrical rounded profile in the back. On the top, it features a thicker and wider bound rosewood fingerboard. 22 frets, 12" radius, 1.79" wide brass nut and trapezoid inlays are featured on the fingerboard. LP Deluxe for 2015 comes with many of the updates and improvements Gibson USA has prepared and introduced into the catalog. The price of this model starts at $2,379.
