Johnny A. is a long-time Gibson player and one of east coast`s guitar heroes. In the music business since the mid-70`s, Mister Antonopoulos has collaborated with some of the most prominent jazz, blues, and rock artists, as well as recorded and published a number of highly acclaimed solo albums. Johnny A. Spruce Top starts at $4,499 and brings a new take on the well-known Johnny A. signature model. It offers a fully chambered body, glued-in neck, 24-3/4" scale, Custom Gibson electronics. Offered color options include Tobaccoburst, Heritage Cherry Sunburst, and Dark Natural. Key construction features include chambered mahogany body, solid spruce top, one-piece mahogany neck, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard, ABR-1 bridge, AlNiCo III Custombucker pickups, and Kluson Deluxe tuners.
