ES-137 Classic is a single-cut guitar with semi-hollow body and it pretty much looks like a regular LP with semi-hollow construction. It comes with a body made of maple back and top. All-maple construction continues on the neck, as well. Body of this model is bound in creme binding and finished in high gloss. Top panel is carved and equipped with a pair of "f" holes. Also, there`s an elevated black pickguard. Tune-o-matic bridge on this one is paired with a stoptail bar in the back. Both are plated in chrome. 498R is placed in the neck position and 490T in bridge position. Neck is also made of maple, it`s set-in and equipped with a standard contour. 22-fret fingerboard is made of rosewood.
