50th Anniversary Les Paul Goldtop Custom Limited is a model made in honor of 50 years of Les Pauls with goldtop color. Back in the day, goldtop Les Pauls were so big, that they became distinctive models, surviving to this very day, without losing the popularity. Today Gibson Custom celebrates 50th anniversary with this Limited model. It comes with a solid, single cut body made of mahogany back and plain maple top. Top is bound in creme binding and finished in high gloss. Tune-o-matic bridge is paired with a stoptail bar and both come plated in gold. Burstbucker 2 pickup is placed in the bridge and Burstbucker 1 in the neck position. Mahogany neck features set-in joint and '50s contour. It is topped with a 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
