Les Paul is more than a guitar, more than a series of guitars, it is a statement, a commitment player makes to the quality of his/her music and with sixty years of tradition, it is a music icon, a legend. 1956 Les Paul Goldtop Reissue is a tribute to one of the best incarnations this model has ever had, the 2956 Goldtop model. Body of this guitar is made of mahogany back and plain maple top. Top panel is equipped with creme binding, gloss finish and elevated white pickguard. Tune-o-matic bridge and the stoptail bar comprise the bridge section of this model, while the pickups department is fit with a pair of P-90 single coils. Mahogany neck is set-in and it features '60s contour. It`s topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
