Custom models represent the top tier of Mayfield series. This is Framus` nod to famous semi-acoustic models of the past and they come with double cutaways and semi-hollow bodies. Mayfield Custom Flamed Maple model comes with a body and neck made entirely of flamed maple. The only exception is the ebony fingerboard. White binding, bound "f" holes and plastic pickguard adorn the top. The bridge is a tune-o-matic and it comes accompanied by a stoptail bar. Seymour Duncan active humbuckers feature split volume and tone knobs and a three-way toggle pickup switch. Flamed maple neck is set and covered with a tigerstripe ebony fingerboard. 22 jumbo-sized frets come with dot position inlays and 1.6535" wide black TUSQ string nut. 24-3/4" scale and Sperzel tuners wrap the specs.
