Deluxe series is oriented towards the modern players with big experience and mileage behind them. Top notch wood selection plus luxurious appointments give the player almost Custom Shop-like experience. Deluxe series Fat Strat HSS is a solid, double cut guitar made of alder body and maple neck. Body is available in only two color options, Black and Olympic White. Both come finished in high gloss. Bridge on the top is a modern variant of the synchronized tremolo. It has string-through construction and chrome plating. Fat Strat comes with humbucker in the bridge position and single coils in the middle and neck. Maple neck is equipped with C contour and bolt-on joint. It`s topped with a standard 21-fret fingerboard made of rosewood. Dot inlays and 1-11/16" nut complete the fingerboard.

Compared to my other guitars, id say i play my strat a decent amount. I do find myself bored with it on occasions because of my vox amp though because it seems to lack the power and growl that it has on my friends fender mustang 3. Id say on my vox, its a decent sounding guitar, but on that fender amp, its a kick ass axe.
