American Original is the new series of electric basses and guitars, introduced by Fender at 2018 NAMM Show in Anaheim, Ca. The series consists of 14 models - 4 basses and 10 guitars. All of the models have a designated decade whose most popular traits and features they`re trying to emulate. Moreover, all 14 models come in classic Fender finishes. American Original `60s Stratocaster Left Hand pays tribute to the 1960s Stratocasters and is available in Blonde. Main construction features include a solid and double-cut ash body (flat top, mint green pickguard), a maple neck (60s C profile, gloss finish), a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard (vintage tall frets, big dot inlays, 1.65" string nut, 9.5" radius, 25.5" scale), a synchronized tremolo bridge, Pure Vintage `65 pickups, and vintage Fender tuning machines.
