American Deluxe Stratocaster with a V-shaped neck is almost the same as the regular American Deluxe Strat. The only major difference is the neck shape. Over the course of the years Fender has gradually moved from oval and V to the trademark C contour. But, some of the Stratocaster fans and enthusiasts still prefer the old V contour on their Strats. Body of this model is made of the same material as the regular American Deluxe Strat, it`s made of alder. On it`s top Fender installs a white plastic pickguard and synchronized tremolo bridge. In it`s front, there are three single-coil pickups from the Noiseless series. These are standard for the series. Maple neck is equipped with V contour and bolt-on joint. 22-fret fingerboard is made of maple.
