Deluxe series is a long-standing series of both the guitars and basses. It is located between the American Standard and regular Standard, offering many of the American traits, but at a lower price. Traditionally, only the American models featured 22 frets, as well as special edition models outside of the American range. But, in 2016, 22-fret fingerboards become a standard feature in the regular Deluxe series, though few models keep the 21-fret fingerboard layout. typically, new Deluxe models come in a wide variety of colors, often including flamed maple tops. 2016 Deluxe Lone Star Stratocaster is one of the very few Deluxe series models which comes with a 22-fret fingerboard. Also, it is the only one with gold-plated hardware. Solid and double-cut body of the Lone Star Strat is made entirely of alder. The neck, on the other side, is made of maple (regular feature). The neck features the modern C profile in the back and a 22-fret fingerboard on top (both rosewood and maple options are available). Twin Head humbucker in the bridge position and a pair of Texas Special single-coil pickups deliver a hot bluesy tone. Vintage synchronized trem bridge and Fender sealed tuners complete the specs list.
