Fender Custom Shop produces some of the finest guitars known to this world. Their models revive the spirit of the past and offer players of today a chance to experience some of the tones and guitars which created history of music. Their catalog for 2013 is being redesigned and 2013 Custom Deluxe series is a part of it. 2013 Custom Deluxe Stratocaster opens the series with a solid, double cut body made of okoume mahogany. It is a beautiful tone wood with smooth tone and strong low end. Body of this model is covered with a 2-piece flame maple top. Top is flat and has no binding. This Gorgeous Strat is available in five variants. Faded 3-Color Sunburst, Candy Yellow and Ebony Transparent are available with rosewood fingerboards. On the other side, maple fingerboard can be ordered with Faded 3-Color Sunburst and Ebony Transparent. Bridge section features legendary 2-point synchronized tremolo with string-through construction. Pickups are Custom Shop '50s Fat Strat single coils installed in S/S/S configuration. Master volume, two tone knobs and five-position blade switch comprise the controls unit. Flame maple neck is bolted to the body and equipped with an oval C contour. It`s topped with a standard 22-fret fingerboard.
