LTD EXP-300 is a world-class of an intermediate level guitar with Explorer body shape. This magnificent six-stringer is more than well equipped to satisfy the metalheads who want an explorer, but can`t afford the original Gibson model. EXP-300 comes with a solid and single-cut body made of mahogany and a set in maple neck (maple neck is one of few exceptions from the Explorer tradition). Black Gloss with black hardware is the main color scheme for this ubiquitous six-string Explorer. Instead of the classic hardtail bridge, EXP-300 is fit with a double-locking Floyd Rose trem system (licensed, of course) with six saddles and a locking string nut. EMG`s HZ humbuckers are featured in the pickups department and are followed by a simple controls unit. Set in maple neck is thin and fast and is topped with a series-standard 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
