ESP standard side of the ESP/LTD catalog is filled with upscale guitars and basses. These are primarily made for metal and hard rock players, as they all feature ESP`s renowned aggressive styling and super powerful pickups (usually EMG, or Seymour Duncan combos). Horizon series offers modern Soloist/Superstrat guitars. Horizon FR-II is a solid and double-cut guitar with six strings, neck-through-body construction and standard ESP styling. Mahogany wings are glued onto the maple neck to form the body of this model. On the top, two-piece quilted maple cap covers the body. Bridge section features the original Floyd Rose double-locking tremolo bridge with six saddles. EMG 81 and 85 comprise the pickups combo. On top of the maple neck, an ebony fingerboard is installed.
