ESP E-II range is manufactured in Japan and is ranked between the LTD and the exclusive USA ranges. It is made up of several series, including E-II Eclipse. E-II Eclipse DB is a solid and single-cut guitar with a mahogany base and plain maple top. Top is bound in aged creme and equipped with golden hardware. Neck is also made of mahogany. It is glued to the body and has the standard Thin U profile in the back. 22-fret fingerboard made of ebony is installed on its top. EMG`s 81 in the bridge and 60 in the neck position bring a bit grittier tone than the classic 81/85 set due to 60 being a naturally dirtier pickup. Two-piece bridge unit and Goth tuners complete the specs list.
