EC series is LTD`s variant of the popular ESP Eclipse range. It caters to players of all profiles and budgets, with models ranging from $100 to $1,000. Various pickups combinations are also available, including Seymour Duncans, EMGs, ESP`s own stock pickups, etc. EC-256 is a lower intermediate/intermediate class axe which combines 400 series looks and 200 series hardware and electronics. It starts with a classic EC chassis which includes all-mahogany body (back and carved top), three-piece mahogany neck (w/U profile) and 22-fret rosewood fingerboard (extra jumbo frets, flag inlays, white binding, 24-3/4" scale, 13.77" radius, 1.65" molded nut). Major hardware and electronics features include two-piece hardtail bridge, LTD tuners and ESP Designed LH-150 humbucking pickups.
