A solid and flat basswood body, paired with a bolted maple neck, is the standard at the X level and the V X models are no exception. Glossy black paint job and the black hardware are also there. DMT Designed humbuckers bring the classic metal tone with a thick low end and searing highs. Two volume knobs, master tone and a three-way toggle switch form the controls unit. Maple neck is another standard feature. It is fit with the regular C profile in the back and a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard on top. Major specs list is capped off with a set of six die-cast tuning machines.
