MAB will serve as series` entry level model, aiming primarily at younger players who want to dip their toes into the sea of shred. Michael Batio MAB comes in with a basswood-made body (beveled top, bolt-on neck joint, Gold Relic paint job on top), maple neck (C profile, 24-3/4" scale) and 24-fret rosewood fingerboard (jumbo-sized frets, Icon inlays, 1-11/16" locking string nut, 12" radius). Gold Relic, with chrome hardware, is the only available color option. Licensed Floyd Rose locking tremolo bridge, DMT design pickups (H/S/H) and Grover tuners complete this budget-friendly shredder.
